I have recently renovated a house in preparation for letting it out. David and his team did a great job to very high standards, they gutted and refitted the bathroom, painted the whole house, put in a new cooker and cooker hood, checked the wiring and added new sockets, serviced the boiler and checked the heating/radiators, and fitted hard flooring and carpets. David was very easy to work with, and kept in touch throughout. The house was let to the first people who viewed it, which says it all really.

David from Inspired Restoration fitted a new family shower room and an ensuite for us. From the initial site visit to finishing the job he was punctual, polite and friendly. He helped advise on fixtures and fittings and sourced and stored the items beforehand which was a huge plus. He works carefully and with attention to detail. He consulted us at each stage and answered queries quickly. The finished rooms are beautiful! I would highly recommend David - it was a pleasure having him do the work. His prices are very reasonable for the quality of workmanship.

We had David do a complete bathroom replacement upstairs and install a new shower cubicle downstairs. The quality of all the workmanship is extremely good and we are very pleased with the results and the price. Throughout the process David kept us up to date on timings and any decisions or setbacks that happened. His attention to detail is excellent and we really liked being involved in the little, as well as big, decisions that needed to be made. In addition to the main bathroom work he also did a number of small jobs for us, which was great to be able to have someone around who could turn his hand to multiple tasks, and was able to finish everything off very neatly. When needed, David also organised electricians and heating engineers to come in for appropriate parts of the job, and he handled all the arrangements and made it really seamless. Personally, David is really friendly, easy to talk to, and great at listening to what we wanted and coming up with suggestions. He was very flexible and we were able to sort things out nicely, despite the current difficult lockdown situation. From the start to the finish David was professional, personable and a delight to work with. He clearly cares a lot about his work and we will definitely be getting him back for other jobs in the future. We cannot recommend him highly enough.
