Always great service and a wide choice for all pockets. The showrooms are inspirational and on trend but they seem able to help should replacements be needed further along the years.

Excellent after sales service. We've had a couple of problems with our new bathroom, Island Bathrooms have helped us correct them very quickly, effectively and in a friendly manner.

We were recommended this place to buy our bathroom. The sales person we had was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We bought our bathroom, all good. Until we needed to change something on the order, the chap we spoke to was very short and quite rude over the phone, he then didn’t process our refund, I had to chase that up. We later took delivery of the whole bathroom, excluding one tap which was not yet ready, we were told they would call us when it arrived so we could come and collect it. No call for weeks...decided to call just in case it had arrived, turned out they now had it. I arranged to collect the tap. So I turned up at the showroom where I assumed I should go having been given no such/other instructions.....and was received by very blank, really quite u helpful staff at the showroom. Got back in the car to go and collect the tap from the warehouse down the road. All in all, great sales work....pretty much all remaining customer service from then on leaves a lot to be desired........
