Ten out of ten! I only wanted a pair of ceramic disc cartridges for my kitchen sink. Despite the shop being busy, I was served almost straight away. The man who served me was both knowledgeable and polite and patient with a diyer! Fellow diyers. Don't make my mistake. If you want a replacement ceramic disk replacement remember to take the head or handle with you as the spigots are all different!
