Jane Beedell5 StarJames is very personable, patient and caring. The bathroom floor had suffered water ingress from a broken waste pipe under the bath and had to be completely replaced. Although James is always extremely busy he very kindly freed up his time on a Saturday to complete the whole job with a colleague within a day so that we would not be left without a working bathroom. He is very thorough and completes his work to a high standard. I am very impressed that he was able to complete such a tricky and high quality job in only 8 hours as others had quoted 2-3 days.
