Had a leak in my bathroom sink. Service was quick and efficient, problem fixed right away. The customer support rep and technician Stuart were both very professional and friendly. 10/10 - highly recommend.

I want to take this opportunity to say how very professional and helpful the person who came to do the work was. They carried out works in the kitchen to install a second-hand dishwasher I had (the dishwasher connection was not in place), and made sure that everything was done properly, not compromising for shortcuts and charging me what they had said they would, plus only the additional parts required (the straight cost which was reasonable) for the unforeseen adjustments needed. Everything was done with care and with attention to details to prevent for any possible issues to occur in the future to the kitchen units (I am a tenant in the flat so I greatly appreciated that). Once they finished the job they left the area very clean and tidy too. Having experienced it, I will certainly recommend JH Services LTD for the services done.

Called out as my boiler had stopped working. Promptly came out to take a look and diagnosed problems straight away. Came back quickly with costs for parts which was less than I expected. Engineer came out and fixed boiler in no time. Great service all round and would highly recommend.

We first made contact as we had an emergency. James Hay Heat attended and had us all back to normal by mid afternoon. When we asked him to price for replacement boiler, and some radiators, he came when he said he would, and sent the quote a couple of days later, as he said he would. Once started, The lads worked non stop till the job was finished and our house back to normal. We have nothing but praise for the whole team.

We desperately needed our heating system updated. Our old system was out dated, leaking water and gas. With excellent advice James Hay Heating replaced the system with a fantastic combi boiler that has transformed our living conditions! Thanks again for a fantastic service.
