Ken Muir5 StarThis was one of my better experiences in getting a home repair. I needed to replace my kitchen tap. I exchanged several e-mails with Nicola to set up the job. She always responded quickly and offered good advice about the replacement. The guys showed up at the arranged time and replaced the tap without fuss.

He was very professional, explained everything really well and was thorough. No charge! I will definitely use the company again if any work is needed in the future. Jag Kooner5 StarI called out J.H. Horn for an emergency on Wednesday last week. My pressurised expansion tank was leaking. I have central heating cover with British Gas but they advised that they didn't have any engineers available and that I should try a local engineer and then send them the bill. J.H.Horn were a recommendation and were out the same day and got it fixed that afternoon. Great service, super tidy and very considerate around Covid precautions etc. I would definitely use them again. 10/10 from me.Monday 25th April 2022

David Weir5 StarGreat experience using these guys for my new boiler, from the advice on which one to choose, right through to the installation.
I was a bit wary about having trades in the house currently, but David couldn't have made us feel any safer, wearing his PPE the whole time.
Done a great job and left the place spotless. Checked over everything thoroughly before leaving and explained fully how to operate it.
Can't ask for much more than that.
