J JJ1 StarTerrible service, been waiting for our appointment since October, supposed to arrive this morning at 9.30am, didn't arrive, promised the surveyor was on his way but running half an hour late... After 2 hours I called and was told he was no longer coming... Couldn't be bothered, obviously had no intention of ever coming. Now been offered the next available appointment in February 2021. What an unprofessional company treating customers this way after waiting months... Such a shame they have the monopoly in the area for the government's green home scheme as they clearly do not deserve it!Tuesday 15th December 2020
Will Thorley5 StarHad them out twice for different issues. Both were great, Matt the first time but particularly impressed the second time (Paul). Main shutoff to the house failed, so following consulting with us, changed it live with almost no mess. Did the original job and the main shutoff in under an hour and a half.
