TERRIBLE SERVICE. I ordered a flush frame with its specific plate. The packages were sent separately, not by courier (as the delivery price would have reflected), but by royal mail, and to the wrong address. I managed to track down the flush frame, but not the plate. After chasing them 3-4 times they first tell me the plate has gone lost, and then that they don't have any more in stock, and that it will arrive within another week, and now, after I wrote to them as I hadn't heard back after another 10 days, and there was still no trace of the flush plate, they have changed versions again and told me they won't have it until the end of November (1 MONTH away!). I at this point asked for them to take the flush frame back since I can't make any use of it without the specific brass plate I ordered with it, and they are now not answering me. Disgraceful customer service. Do not buy from them. And by the way the flush plate they say they don't have in stock any more is still flagged as available on their website. Dear Jack & Jill bathrooms, I have will amend this review only if I hear back from you and you make yourselves available to solve the mess you have placed me in. Readers, let is be known that if you see this review as it is currently, it is because Jack & Jill bathrooms has refused to solve the problem.

Never ever going to use them again! Ordered from them only because they said they will delivery whin 3 to 5 working days. 2 weeks later still nothing! Phone them few times then get an answer the items I ordered was out of stock. Then try to cancel and get refund, still waiting for my refund. Was a nightmare !

Absolute shambles of a company! They advertise items that aren't in stock, then you have to wait an absolute age for a refund. Awful customer service too.
