James, Bri & Rhys recently just finished fitting us an entire new bathroom along with re-doing our downstairs WC.
The end result is great, we love it & they all worked very well and tidied up as they went along too! Carl the tiler was also great, we had a few issues with our tiles originally, and he was determined to help us get it perfect!
All very professional & dealt with anything we asked/wanted. Would use again.

We had a multi-fuel stove installed and it's everything we wanted and more.
We got a date for work to start and it started on that date, no messing about rearranging or cancelling which is very important to me. 100% reliable and was also on hand to contact with any queries or questions in the mean time. Always tidied up after themselves and very polite and talkative.

From start to finish my experience with James Broadbent Plumbing ran very smoothly, especially grateful to Connor for fitting me in as an emergency and James.
