Kieran5 StarBoth of our showers had low pressure giving out next to no hot water. We had another plumber over who didn’t really investigate the real issue. The lad who came from JB Heating figured it out straight away (limescale issue)… Got the issue sorted and we now have the original pressure. Couldn’t fault them, worth the money in all aspects of the visit. Would strongly recommend and will use again.Wednesday 11th May 2022
Martyn5 StarJB did a top job of our boiler installation promptly and efficiently at short notice when our old knocker failed during a freezing spell last year (Thanks for that!) Our new Worcester Bosch has been a revelation i guess we had just got used to the rubbish efficiency of the old one even before it failed. 12 months on they reminded me of the service, came out promptly and sorted. Very happy with them would recommend to anyone. LPG approved too.Thursday 3rd March 2022

crystal wesseling5 StarWe've just had a Worcester Greenstar boiler installed by JB heating and the service was outstanding.
They attended to do the fitting the very next day after quoting a very competitive price over the phone.
I know they put themselves out to get to us so quickly and it was hugely appreciated as we had been without a boiler for a week in December.
Matt - our engineer - and both his apprentices were polite, caring, knowledgeable, efficient and very tidy in their work.
We also appreciated the expedited advice and quote we received from Jonathan and all the ladies that I talked to in the office were able to speedily and cheerfully help me with all my queries.
Our new boiler is purring away efficiently and our house is a home again.
