My wife and I have just a had a single-story house extension completed by JLS Building Services and we could not be happier with the results. The quality of the work is second to none, and the entire project was completed in what feels like record time. Which is even more impressive given the amount of extra work we kept adding to the job! There were quite a few aspects that made for a really great experience, namely: The owner, Justin – Justin was and continues to be transparent with us on all aspects of the job. From the outset, he was clear about what we could expect in terms of timing, costs, and really helped us navigate through the process. Justin was on site more days than not, ensuring that the work was going to plan, as well as being on hand to answer any questions we had. He could not have made himself more available or been any more helpful throughout. The tradesmen – Not only were Justin’s crew of tradesmen all excellent at their respective specialisms, to a person they were all incredibly kind, helpful and respectful. They kept the site clean, were all incredibly nice to us and our 6-year-old and were consistently punctual and hard working. Flexibility – As the job progressed, we found ways to add more and more to its scope. What started as a straightforward extension and new kitchen, now includes all the windows in the house being replaced, a new large bay window, a bespoke television/bookcase wall unit, a greenhouse and everything in between. There was nothing that Justin and his team were not prepared to do, and again, worked closely with us on options whilst being conscious of cost constraints. The quality/outcome – We really love what has been done, both inside and out, and are really pleased with how everything looks and works. From the aesthetics of the build to the functionality of all elements, it is all better than what we had originally expected. And if there was any aspect that was not quite right (which were few and far between) Justin and his team were quick to sort it. I could literally write so much more about what has gone well, and am sure I am leaving out aspects, but the bottom line is that using JLS was an excellent decision on our part. By far the best experience with any trade/building project we have ever had. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic company - Justin and Jason are great and easy to speak to which helps when you aren't really sure what you want or what you're talking about like me. They have come and given us advice and looked at things countless times and have redone our flooring downstairs putting in a nice warm coloured quick-step which now looks fantastic. I am lucky to have these guys nearby - they can do a bit of everything - "we'll rebuild your whole house for you if you want" as Justin says. 100% recommended!
