Purchased a listed property in Macclesfield. Jonathan was recommended, as friends had previously used his services. I needed a quick turnaround as there was no chain, and the service was brilliant. I got a level 2 homebuyers survey. I received the report 3 days after the survey was completed. The report was incredibly detailed and very useful. Definitely recommend and Jonathan was easy to reach over email and telephone.

I’ve been meaning to leave a review for John for a while. Apologies it’s took me as long as it has. In our journey and search to purchase our first property we used John twice (on two different properties). His report is thorough, detailed and very well structured. From start to finish we have received incredible service from the JMO Surveyors Ltd. Jonny has been professional, fast and reliable. He has been busy, good surveyors always busy but this does not stop him from being responsive to our emails and questions quickly and patiently. He also took only a few days to get the report done after the survey which is not only fast but we also see the amount of depth, detail and quality there was in the surveying report. We would highly highly recommend him and will definitely be using his services again in the future.

Excellent surveyor that I would highly recommend. Jonny was very efficient with his work and provided excellent communication in regards to arranging the the survey and talking through the building report once delivered. His report had a high level of detail about the property and picked up all issues with it no matter how big or small. He gave clear, sound and understandable advice which is great for 1st time buyers! For my next house purchase, I'll definitely make sure to use his services again!
