Had a survey carried out by Chris. The survey was so detailed which I’m pleasantly surprised at as it was the cheapest quote online. Chloe was so rapid with her replies even replying to me on a weekend/night. The survey was arranged so quickly and I got my results quickly. Chris explained the report when i had a couple of questions. 10/10!!

Chris Spence carried out my level 2 survey and provided me with a professional service, the report was very detailed and afterwards I received a call from him to explain and clarified the points he'd raised on the report. I checked the comparison sites prior to choosing and John Ingham' s quote was definitely one of the cheapest, Great value for money and a super service. I couldnt recommend this company enough, first of all they price beat all the other surveyors in my area for the level of survey that I required. We received the survey on time, which was surprisingly much more detailed than expected and the team were on hand to discuss any queries and faults that came up. As a nervous first time buyer I had many concerns and I requested a callback regarding the results, and Chris called me back within the hour! He was very professional and friendly, and was more than happy to answer everything I asked him and stressed for me to contact him again if I had any further questions. The team really do look after and value their customers and it really does show. Thankyou so much, I will recommend you highly to others!
