John Casson recently did our Homebuyers report in the Diss area and produced a very detailed report that has highlighted areas of improvement and also confirmed that what is good about the property. Perhaps sometimes the communication could be better, quicker responses to emails sometimes would be better but overall a thoroughly professional job and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again or recommend his service to others.

Absolutely horrendous service! Don't ever use. Between the actual surveyor and the lady in the office, they are absolutely incapable of booking the correct date and advising everyone. Complete incompetence! Never pick up the phone or reply to an email in a timely manner. School kids would give you a better service!
