John stood out amongst the rest because of his competence and integrity. He made himself available with little notice, accurately diagnosed the problem, and mended it successfully at reasonable cost. He also resolved my shower problem whilst I wasn’t even in the country and I’ve not had any problems with my boiler or shower since. He is extremely reliable and advises on the cheapest but most effective fix and I highly recommend his services. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending JW Presland. Excellent service from start to finish. John and his team replaced an entire heating and hot water system and nothing was too much trouble, in what was a complex job. John is a true profession and very knowledgeable. Despite being busy, John managed to fit me in over over a bank holiday to remove an old back boiler and replace with a new system. The quote came quickly and was reasonably priced. The work was great, it was completed in good time and with great care taken. Not only was I happy with the job carried out, I was most impressed with the customer after care; John was more than happy to come back out in person to show me how to use the heating system and answer any questions I had. I would definitely use John and his son again and highly recommend them.

John and Harry did a great job of installing a new hot water tank, fixing a long standing problem I had with reverse flow from the hot water to central heating system and fitting a Drayton Wiser smart control system and TRV's. Everything was done on time, to the agreed price and with very good workmanship and the system works very well.

John installed our new Vaillant boiler and its been great. When we hit a problem with a leak, John arranged for a Vaillant engineer to visit and fix it quickly and without fuss. Good guy. Worth remembering for when you need a boiler serviced or replaced.
