Daz Clayton5 StarPhoned John and spoke to him on the phone regarding a boundary dispute while going through with a purchase of my home, he fully advised me what options were open to me and told me the most cost effective way to resolve the matter, this cost me nothing in the end due to Johns expertise and know how with such matters.
Probably the most genuine person I've ever spoken to and explained all in plain English and was willing to help and not try and up sell any of his service.
would definitely recommend if you are looking for an honest surveyor who knows his stuff and is willing to help.

We asked him to do a building survey for us which was completed within a couple of days and the report arrived 2 days after. It was so nice to see a survey report that is clearly laid out, easy to read and with great detail. No scaremongering just honest advice! The photos he took not only provide a good reference point but actually helped us to visulise the house and how we would live in it and the changes we may want to make.
