Lauren Harriss5 StarJon and his team were fantastic from start to finish and I cannot recommend them highly enough! After coming over to take measurements, he listened to everything I wanted out of my brand new bathroom. He provided us with professional visual mock ups and advised us on certain aspects, to ensure we made the most out of the space for an aesthetically pleasing, yet functional main bathroom. Throughout the process he regularly provided updates and kept in touch, to keep us in the loop. From when installation began, they were very efficient and project managed other trades for our plastering, electrics etc and again, notified us regularly. During the works, they were extremely tidy (as much as is possible) and very conscious of reducing disruption as much as possible. We are so impressed with the quality of their work and their finesse and attention to detail (which says something as my partner is very particular and hard to please 😅) I’ve now got the bathroom I wanted and it’s better than I could have imagined. Joseph Butler5 StarJon, with his assistant Callum, recently installed a new bathroom. He had previously re-tiled our kitchen. We were very pleased with the outcome and consequently had no hesitation in recommending Jon to our daughter and her husband when they were looking for someone to update various features of their house. In the event, they employed him to renovate and modernise a downstairs cloakroom, an ensuite shower room and the family bathroom.
Jon’s work was of such a high standard that we had no hesitation in employing him to undertake the replacement of the family bathroom in our own house. We have not been disappointed. Having discussed our requirements Jon drew up a detailed specification. He supplied all the component parts and employed an electrician, a plasterer and a decorator to undertake the specialist work as required.
Jon is honest, reliable and meticulous in everything he undertakes. He is extremely tidy, a perfectionist and works to an extremely high standard.
