Great experience with Joesph and his team. From initial design and consultation to the install and finished product, the quality and professionalism has been of the highest standard. We relied on Joe’s expertise in the design and spec of our new bathroom. From there the friendly team worked cleanly and cautiously to take everything back to brick - correcting any issues they uncovered along the way. We’re left with a superb bathroom which we can be proud of. I would happily use Joe’s services again and have no reservations in recommending Joseph Bathrooms to friends.

I would not hesitate to recommend Joseph Bathrooms. From the first visit to the showroom, to the finished product they are all professional, yet friendly and approachable. The standard of work is exemplary and they use good quality fixtures and fittings. Jo runs a very slick operation and they keep you informed of what is happening, when it's happening and who will be doing it. What a great team. By the way the dog misses his daily fuss!

We're so glad we decided to contact Joseph Bathrooms. Not only could we not be happier with our lovely new bathroom, but the entire team went above and beyond from start to finish to make the process run smoothly. We were so surprised by the efficiency of the schedule, and the synergy and organisation across all the different tradesmen was really impressive. Every single one of them was highly-skilled and courteous, and kept us informed every step of the way. Any issues that cropped up were speedily resolved before we even had chance to worry about them! We're honestly stunned that after such a big job, our house has been returned to us in exactly the same condition it was in before (with the addition of much-improved bathroom!). Our brand new floors were completely protected throughout, and everyone put far more effort into curbing and cleaning up mess than we could ever have expected — they respected our home completely. We're so pleased with the end result. The quality of the products is top notch and the workmanship is impeccable. It's been a brilliant experience from design to completion, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys to anybody.

From Start to finish, design, stripping out the old and installation of all new, Joe and his team have been first class. They have created a high spec functional space in our home that is enjoyed by the whole family. Joe’s team were professional, friendly and extremely clean! They protected new carpets and kept mess to a minimum cleaning after each days work. Nothing has been too much to ask, all of our wishes have been granted in a timely professional manner, including installation of a sliding door to make the most of our new bathroom. Our bathroom is exactly like the computer aided design photos and has been amended slightly as the work progressed. The end result is perfect. Our only regret is that they don’t do kitchens! Every step of the design, planning and installation of our bathroom has been outstanding. An unexpected illness in our household meant an unexpected need for a downstairs shower room - we needed someone with vision and a fantastic eye for detail and Joe has both of these! He spent lots of time with us finalising the design and going through all the options. The showroom is gorgeous with styles to suit every design taste. The installation team were fantastic - friendly, tidy and very patient with my inquisitive 4 year old daughter! The bathroom was completed on time, on budget and we are thrilled with the result. A huge thank you to everyone involved who went above and beyond to ensure this special project met all our practical and design needs. Highly recommend.
