Vaughan Townsend1 StarAvoid. Charged me £144 to tell me something I already knew - i.e the boiler needs a new expansion vessel. Then suggested the only solution was a new boiler for £2800 when all that was really required was a £100 part and an hour’s labour. Very disappointing indeed.Saturday 15th December 2018
