Had a patio built by a local landscaper with 35 grey peak riven flags from JT Dove DARLINGTON. First of all the initial delivery was 5 slabs short. Now the patio is complete most of them look pink and only 7 are grey, leaving the patio with a notable colour mismatch. Landscaper has advised that JT Dove consider this to be due to batch/supplier variation. Totally dissatisfied. Well I did contact Andrew on 29th October (2 weeks ago) as suggested below and there has been no response, not even an acknowledgement that the email was received.

Great place, have good amounts of stock available, couldn't get an item from wickes, bnq or jewsons...this place had 2 pallets full. Great at answering the phone too, which is great when trying to track down items. Will be back to this little gem!

first time ive been in (never again).chap behind the counter did not try to help me at all in fact i would say he was quite rude and would rather give my business to someone a bit more happy to serve his customers.
