Chloe at Julian Wadden Property Management is doing an excellent job listening to both sides, the tenants and the landlord. the property we are renting out might be quite unusual as we invested very heavily over the years while living in the house before relocating to Melbourne. The rent we are charging is at the upper end and we feel we therefore also have the obligation to get things fixed quickly and keep investing in maintenance. In a case like this, it is important that the property manager understands our philosophy and Chloe indeed does.

Lived around South Manchester for 10 years, and Julian Wadden have been the best estate agent we have rented through in that time. We have experienced some not great estate agents out there, but from our experience (approx. 2.5yrs) Julian Wadden are not one of them. If we were not buying a house, we would be staying with JW. Dealt with a few different agents in the past some ok some good some awful.But I'm really pleased with this agents they made it really easy to rent the place we are in now kept us up to date every step of the way and now we are in the communication is still as good if not better ..Megan has been really helpful with anything we need or request with regards to the house..I wouldn't hesitate recommending both Megan and the rest of the team at Julian Wadden
