He has replied to all my emails/calls (I don't want to offend other women....) although I have asked a lot of questions.... ;) At no point I felt I am a trouble, he was always there and even when unable to give me an immediate reply, he sought for further clarity from the manufacturers.
And.... I just went there just before the first lockdown for wonder-around, yet he kept in touch after their store reopened and we are just about to dimly enjoy our new bathroom.

G S1 StarVery disappointing as I always make a point of buying local. I went into the store in March needing 3 bathrooms for my new house. I was ignored repeatedly upon entering. I stood before a lady and a man sitting at their desks. As I then wandered around a services guy told the sales staff twice about me to no response.
