Had a complete bathroom refit. Vicky in the showroom was really helpful when choosing fittings. The 2 lads fitting the bathroom were so obliging working around my 85 year old mother in law. Well recommended

Started off well with Vicky helping to price match fixtures, all which i got cheaper on Victoria Plumbing. However tiling wasn't to a great standard, cheap quick drying cement was used leaving a grainy uneven texture, I even layed out the floor tiles so he knew exactly where to place the different sized tiles to find they'd been changed once he'd fixed them down changing the pattern. Water started going from shower tray into the kitchen only weeks after the bathroom was finished, this was put down to changing their silicone brand so they did come back to resilicon but only a few months later this happened again so clearly no barrier has been put inbetween the shower tray and the wall. This bad quality silicone has been used all over the bathroom and is peeling already, it looks so bad I've redone it all myself. Took months to get a refund for not finishing the job, no communication that they didn't feel comfortable fitting a sink to a wooden cabinet so just never bothered contacting me. Took a ridiculous amount of emails/phonecalls to get a refund. Fitting of the shower went fine and no issues with their plasterer but overall would not recommend.

Bathroom remodelled in 2019 and for the last two years it's been one problem after another from the moment the we were told it was finished and it's still generating problems now

I have just had lovely new bathroom tiled, walk in shower, toilet and sink. I am very pleased with the way it was done. They where helpful and always tidied up after each day. I would recommend this firm anytime
