Very quick response and emergency repair when boiler stopped working just before Xmas. So far so good. Boiler required a new part that needed ordering. 3 months later boiler still requires part. Communication really poor, phone just rings out. Text messages occasionally returned. A couple of days wasted waiting at home for plumber to arrive when he said he would. No reply to texts again - what's that about!!! I would have gone elsewhere much earlier but was pleased with the initial work before Xmas and felt more than happy to wait. But enough is enough. If a job can't be done, just say, rather than keep customers hanging on.

Andy was great! He did a fantastic job - an expert at what he does and very efficient. He charged us a very reasonable price for the work carried out. We've kept his contact details for any future work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

We booked Andy to replace three radiators in the house, having used his services many times before. As always he was quick to respond, able to answer our queries about the work and clear in his communication about prices etc. On the day he and two other colleagues carried out the work. They were very careful not to make a mess and mindful of safety at all times - wearing masks, foot coverings and using cover sheets. They even offered to hoover afterwards! I would not hesitate to recommend Andy for work as we have always been very impressed by the quality of work and the polite and positive attitude of him and his team.

I can honestly recommend to anyone - they fitted my boiler today - totally first class - from the initial telephone to estimate - very impressed with the service which led me to choose them - engineer was friendly and explained the process beforehand .To be honest they were not the cheapest estimate I received but by a photograph they noticed possible changes that might have needed to made that no other company noticed or even asked on actually viewing the boiler . I would recommend this company to anyone - you honestly will be impressed

Andy and Tom arrived bang on time to service my boiler I asked if they could also replace my bathroom radiator too while they were there. Andy did this no problem, very professional, polite, friendly and a great price. I have already recommended them to my friend and family. Brilliant service
