We used K and A Chartered Surveyors to conduct a ‘Schedule of Condition’ for our neighbour’s property prior to us starting a loft conversion. We are very pleased with the report produced which is very detailed and provides a lot of photographic evidence which is what us and our neighbours were looking for. The report was produced with a quick turnaround and they were also quick to respond to any emails, so the entire process went very smoothly. If we require any similar work in the future we would definitely look to use them again.

Very friendly, good communication from the start and a really thorough report. We followed up with a phone call and Okan, our Surveyor, was more than happy to go through in more detail and explain things we didn't understand. Excellent service.

I can't thank Okan enough for his services. He provided me with a thorough report on the property and called me straight after he viewed the property. He pointed out damages in the property that I wasn't aware of and have since managed to negotiate with the estate agents. I would definitely recommend using Okan.

I needed a survey done on a property I was in the process of purchasing and was recommended K&A, they didn't disappoint. Very helpful throughout the whole process. I called a few times to get information and Sergey, kerry and Sezer always helped me with what ever it was I needed. Also a big thanks to Okan as well for taking time to go through the survey over the phone with me once it was all done.
