Karl came in the summer to quote for installation of a new oil fired central heating system that can operate alongside our existing Boru multifuel boiler stove. He did this by incorporating a Dunsley Neutraliser into his proposal. He quoted us a mid November start date and a 2 week installation period. Completed 1day late but fitted with exemplary pipe engineering, fitting and knowledge. It was a complex job as can be seen on the photos. I am more than happy to recommend them a 10* out of 10 job; Gary their top installation engineer is fantastic 😀, backed by colleagues, apprentices, Karl and Sharon in the office.

After finally completing the purchase of a property in Richmond, which was in need of some updating, we asked for quotes from local companies to replace both its bathrooms. One of the responses was from KH Heating. Although not quite the cheapest, it was nevertheless, very competitive. What impressed more was the level of detail in their response to our outline of what we wanted. This was important to us as we live abroad and while we have a close relative living in the area who helped us with the purchase, the project had to be managed largely via email and phone. Ross gave us clear choices of materials and options and guidance on what needed to be done. Having agreed quotes and timetable, we then asked if KH also do kitchen installations. The reply was that they work with someone who does. A budget was given and a quotation, again, very detailed and clear, followed in response and allowed us to fully finalise a complete design. Choice of materials and the work on all three jobs was agreed and the work undertaken exactly to the timetable – the kitchen at the same time as the bathrooms. At all stages we were kept fully up to date with progress, with reports and photos. These were supplemented by more photos and comments by our family. The end result was even better than we had hoped for at the outset. It is difficult to summarise such an undertaking in a few paragraphs. There may have been some furious underwater paddling, but Ross made sure that all we, as the clients, could see was the glide of the swan. We would like to thank him and his colleagues for all their hard work and an excellent result.

Just wanted to leave a review to say what fab service and great lads who fitted my boiler and radiator and my hot tap outside for my pooch if I had gone with British gas I would off paid for new radiators without even needing them Karl said have the new boiler first as I may not need new ones once new boiler is fitted and yes he was so right so thankyou for saving me money I didn't need to spend 😀 thanks kh you've done a fab job 😀

Great service. New boiler fitted at a good price. Engineers were friendly, knowledgeable and patient at explaining things to me ☺. Everything was left clean and tidy. The office staff were quick to get back to me and very helpful. I would definitely recommended K.H Heating.

We have just had our bathroom ripped out and completely refurbished, and the boiler changed, by Karl's teams of plumbers, plasterers, tilers and electricians. To say that we are delighted would be an understatement. The standard of workmanship is excellent throughout. Where once we had a dribble for a shower we now have limitless hot water from a "rainfall" head, with an additional hand held shower, all in a glass walk in enclosure. The basin appears to defy gravity, fixed to the immaculate tiling, and the bath fits neatly in the opposite side of the bathroom with a toilet to match. Highlights for us, though not for the plumber Lee who had to do it, were drilling through the 22 inch stone walls to connect the wastes to the external pipework, and the way he managed to conceal his work. Darren, who squared off a very odd shaped bathroom so that the shower tray and tiling would fit, was absolutely superb. There were so many other jobs he had to tackle, and all with good humour and tirelessly. Any concerns we had were all dealt with by Karl, in charge of the whole project. We wholeheartedly recommend this company.
