Kevin conducted a RICS level 2 survey on a c1890 terraced house we are looking to buy in Huddersfield and I could not recommend him highly enough. Found Kevin via Google to arrange a survey prior to a new house move. From the off, Kevin was reassuringly calm and professional when discussing his services ahead of the full structural survey. This was completed only a few days after we called even though Covid has been delaying matters in the industry. Kevin was extremely thorough and produced a full, easy to follow report which has proved invaluable to us and highlighted a number of key issues to address when we move. Kevin's aftercare and advice was brilliant too, going through all items in a 25 minute phone call and offered to be there if we needed any further advice down the line. Couldn't have been more impressed!

Kevin recently conducted a buildings survey for a house we are considering buying. The report was extensive and detailed, but presented in a way we were able to make good use of. He was very generous with his time on the phone answering all our questions afterwards, and had some solid advice. I'd definitely recommend him.
