Karl was very easy to communicate with regarding a complete refurbishment of my bathroom suite. The quality and service was outstanding which was completed on time and to budget. Karl came to my flat and disconnected my cooker, ready for me to move the next day. Karl booked me in promptly for a reconnection in my new property, making sure we weren't left long without a cooker. Karl was very friendly and professional and reasonably priced. Excellent service. Very efficient and helpful engineer with good results at the end of his visit. I cannot praise this service highly enough. Karl arrived promptly and demonstrated excellent customer care skills. He observed all the relevant Covid protocols, was very thorough in his work, cleaned up after himself and explained clearly all he had done. The charge for the work was very reasonable and represented excellent value for money.
