Took the time to explain the problem to me and when I was left without hot water at quarter to 5 on a Friday night someone came past within 30 minutes. The work that I had done was to install a gas boiler, to run along side our multi fuel system.
This was not a straight forward job and another company did not even deliver their quote.

Had a boiler issue and no heating on Christmas Eve, a few days went by struggling to find anyone who would come out to fix it over the festive period. Phoned Zoe at kelgas and they came the next morning, found which part was faulty, went to buy a new one and came back and got it up and running in the space of an hour or two.
