Paul fitted our en-suite in Feb 20. After a few months the shower tray started to sag in the middle suggesting it wasn't supported. After over 12 months of promised visits to rectify the issue he finally came and had a look. Agreed it was faulty and assured us he would order a new shower tray and come and fit it. Numerous times i was told he was about to order the tray and followed up with excuses. It's now over 2 years since the original fitting and i've given up any hope of Paul finishing the job.

Initially he came across as very professional and kept telling us what a great plumber he was. We agreed a start date and paid a deposit. There was a 3 week postponement which resulted in me having to call to find out when he was actually starting - this was the start of the excuses. He told he'd come on Thurs and Fri and finish up on Sat. Weekend work wasn't really convenient but if it was just to finish we agreed. No show and no phone call on Thurs or Fri. Turned up after 10am on Sat and was there all day. 2.5 day job spun out over 10 days, 2 of which we had no use of either shower. Tiling looked rushed and I told him I was unhappy. Two weeks later the wall cabinet fell off cracking tiles and scratching bath panel. It was held on by two screws and silicone. I sent text messages and emails asking to come and fix the tiling but no response at all.

Needed to get a new bathroom. Mr Kelly turned up on time to quote for our job and gave us a date to start the work. Compared to other quotes he was very good, we still have bits of work in progress and pictures to follow in 4 days when he finishes, So far excellent.

A small job, turned into a battle but Kelly won. Absolutely amazed, how quickly he came out gave a price. There was some issues, that didn't stop him doing a fantastic job. I will be using him again and letting everyone else know how good he is. Cost was competitive. Time extended which was out of his control. The quality of the work outstanding.
