We prepare all the drawings, deal with all the planning and then carry out all the work to a very high specification. This includes all the building work, electrical work, plumbing and, of course, all the clearing up! KLC have been fantastic. From the very start of the project we were kept informed at every stage. Considering that our original roof was demolished and a new one erected, we’ve experienced very little unexpected damage and anything that was damaged the KLC put it right at no extra cost. Each trade that came in were professional and gave great advice. As a family with two young children the disruption was kept as minimal as possible. I highly recommend the Kent Loft Company.

Used Kent Loft Company for a loft conversion. Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. They organise everything right from the architects and party wall agreements at the start to it being signed off with Building Regs at the end. We were kept up to date throughout by the Project Manager on the group chat and the quality of work from Marty and his team was exceptional. Highly recommend this company to everyone and love our new bedroom and ensuite!

We had a few quotes all about the same but went with Kent loft as they are the most responsive. We have just completed the works and now have much more useable space. Lawrence and the team have put up with all my requests and completed the work to a high standard. They handled everything from start to finish and used a great set of trustworthy trades along the way. If you are thinking of getting a loft extension I would definitely recommend.
