Jaime O'Beirne5 StarJust went in to buy a part for my shower that had snapped off. One of the guys behind the counter dug the old snapped part out of my tap which took a good 10 mins, replaced the grub screw without even being asked, found the right part, gave me some advice on how to get the limescale off it all, showed me which way up to fit it etc. Part cost £14 and took me 15 mins to fit vs. a plumber call out + fix cost.
Can't fault the service, I wouldnt even call myself a confident DIY'er more just a bloke trying to avoid paying £100+ to call a plumber out to fix a snapped mixer tap. Anyway, I'll be back in the future - friendly and professional, really helpful (could have sent me off to drill the old bit out myself but didnt) and a good price.
