Absolutely fantastic company. We ordered an Island from them and from start to finish we were kept informed constantly as to where they were with delivery and fitting. Lynne, who we dealt with, was amazing, nothing was too much trouble. They came round to double check everything would fit. Wayne, who fitted our Island was amazing, just spot on with everything. We would highly recommend this company as from start to finish they were amazing and the end result was superb.

The company demonstrated to being very unprofessional. We wanted to order an additional piece on our already installed kitchen by SymphonyGroup, however we had a problem with one of the designers. On the first appointment she did not appear and only apologised after we called them about this. The price was also very suspicious as it turned out to be greater than our original design even after we reduced the requirements. After back and forth negotiations she promised to call back but never did, when called we were told she went on a vacation. I definitely do not recommend, it was the worst service I have ever experienced!
