We have worked with Mark over a number of years now. We give our customers Mark’s details to work with them on designing and installing their kitchens because our customers like Mark’s designs, the choice of kitchens and sensible pricing. From our point of view, we can be confident that Mark will do a good job so we can get on with doing ours. Mark has just done my kitchen at home, that also looks great. Thanks Mark! I first used Mark to design the kitchens on a project that I was the architect and project manager for. I then chose to work with Mark again when I wanted to change my kitchen at home because I found he added value to my own thoughts and was both honest and passionate about his design suggestions. I just wanted to e.mail you to say how lovely my new kitchen doors look! It is a breath of fresh air each morning when I go to make a cup of tea the space seems so much larger. The 'make over' for our bedroom transformed the room. The wonderful high gloss doors have provided a very modern and luxury look. Mark took time to help us with finishing touches and supplied us with beautiful crystal and Chrome handles. The service from initial selection and design was excellent. We had some bespoke cabinets made and the fitting was to the highest standard. From speaking to the lovely Mark who gave us advice on the style of doors and colour, to the equally lovely Perry who was our fitter, the whole process was so professional and we were kept informed on each step of the fitting, we are over the moon with the transformation. The kitchen makeover really is lovely and I am delighted with the outcome. Everything is just perfect, from the colour of the doors to the final choice of worktop to the new units and breakfast bar. The cargo bin is such a winner in every way and I am loving my granite sink top and the hot water tap! I was impressed with the company when I first met Mark. He helped me to plan and design a kitchen which would work best for me. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and charming - not pushy like some sales people can be. Lisa - his wife was always at the end of the phone if I had any queries. Their fitter Perry was also second to none, nothing was too much trouble even when I changed the position of a wall unit 3 times!!!!!!!! . The kitchen was fitted with the minimal of mess and upheaval - something which I really appreciated at the time. I would have no hesitation in recommending them if you are thinking of changing your kitchen. We are incredibly happy with our kitchen, it's exactly how we envisioned it to be and people are constantly commenting on how fantastic it looks. Mark was very patient and helpful during the design process and we cannot fault Perry's workmanship in the fitting of the kitchen. The quality of the materials are also very good. Lisa one thing I think gives people the impression that you just deal with door replacements etc is the way the company is advertised in this way and the name of the company is a bit misleading so you may want to address this in order to spread the word that you deal with the end to end process. Mark was recommended to us by my sister who couldn’t speak highly enough of him! So we went to him originally for our main kitchen as we wanted it to be specifically designed around us and our lifestyle and not just the same tired old kitchen layout that everyone else has. What impressed us was the time Mark spent chatting through lots of things which we thought was to put us at our ease, but in fact when he created our lovely kitchen design it was obvious that he had taken everything into account and the end result couldn’t have been more perfect. And when we were ready to have our basement kitchen / utility room done we went straight back to Mark. This kitchen is completely different but equally perfect for us. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Kitchen & Makeover Company, as indeed we have done several times already. Just wanted to say a huge thank you to you, Mark and Perry - i love my kitchen so much. Even for a small space, transforming it has made a huge difference, I have more storage and its lovely to have a tall fridge freezer (small pleasures!). I’ve attached some photos and cant wait to get it painted so i can buy some new accessories. Thanks for all your help with organising and planning. We moved into our new house and I just couldn’t live with the kitchen as it was. I wanted replacement doors and drawers in a shaker style, painted a specific Farrow and Ball colour and Mark was able to do this for me and we chose some really lovely handles. He also changed two wall units into a full width shelf unit and we couldn’t be more pleased! Nothing was too much trouble even an end panel that needed to be thinner than normal. A very happy customer! Yesterday was the first chill out day that Wendy and I have had for many months. We both needed it, we had a party here on Friday night as it was my birthday and family and friends all came round and we had a housewarming combined. Everyone commented on how nice the kitchen looks and we both are delighted at the finished result and would like to thank you, Mark and Perry for making this happen for us. You are both welcome to come round and have a look and take photographs. You can then add them to your portfolio and I am sure more orders will follow for you as a result of these. The breakfast bar looks stunning and as Mark and Perry told us this was the first one like this with the glass support you have done, very impressive. I know this will probably sound stupid to say now but I’m quite astounded as to how good it looks! My boyfriend is currently banned from the kitchen as I don’t want him to touch it and ruin it! Perry is absolutely brilliant - a little super star. I’ve been so impressed with him. The end is definitely in sight with the makeover - hopefully Monday I think so that will be great. Then just the glass splashback to sort which will make it even better and then I should be getting the floors and a new lick of paint done not long after that. We are so glad that we went to the kitchen makeover company for our new kitchen, They were amazing and so helpful, Mark designed the kitchen to our specifications and they even didn't mind when we decided to change the colour, Lisa sourced all the appliances we asked for, nothing was too much trouble, and Perry the fitter was brilliant took pride in his work and let me with an amazing kitchen. I would recommend this company to anyone they were a pleasure to work with from start to finish and we couldn't thank them enough.

When I decided to update my kitchen, I knew whilst I wanted to make some changes to layout, but I was keen for a makeover rather a complete new kitchen. I also wanted to find someone locally to work with, and was so happy to find and Mark and Lisa in Loughton. They were absolutely brilliant, lovely and helpful from start to finish. Perry who completes the fitting was amazing and completed so much work in a short space of time. Whilst a small kitchen, the changes have transformed the space. Huge thanks to all of you!
