Tim and his team have done a great job at our property in Old Marston from beginning to end. As a start, they have been one of the only local company to provide us with trustworthy and precise quotes, with reactivity, at the beginning of the project - which really helped with planning. During the work, we have found the team punctual, professional, respectful and efficient. Tim and his guys have even provided (honest) feedback on (bad) work done by other contractors and helped fixing things whenever they could. These guys clearly know what they are doing and they do it well: glass-like plastering, perfect door-painting, great carpentry and brick laying, the list goes on! The best part of working with Tim and his team though is their flexible communication, great balance between understanding what we need and also suggesting elements to make a project successful. They know well how to interact with the OCC which is a big help regulation-wise. 100% recommended. (showing a before/after for one of the rooms!)

KM (Tim and team) undertook a complete renovation of our period terrace house over 2 months. They were excellent and surpassed our expectations, leaving us with a beautiful home to live in. Tim gave us a detailed breakdown of proposed works. He was highly flexible and accommodating. He gave us multiple options and his advice at numerous waypoints through the project. His team are consumate professionals. They tidied every day and cleared all waste and rubbish fastidiously. They all had an exceptional attention to details. After completion, Tim made several visits back to ensure we were happy and quickly rectified some minor cosmetic issues. I have no hesitation in recommending KM. They are not the cheapest, but they are quick, high-quality, and comprehensive professionals. (Our works included: replastering damaged walls, minor electrics, building new en suite and installation x 2 bathroom suites, complete refurbishment all interior of 3 bed house (woodwork, painting) and minor exterior works.)

KM Builders Oxford are a very professional and efficient company. They carried out work on a full re-fit of my bathroom to a very high standard both within budget and on time. Throughout the project both Tim and his team were friendly, communicative, hard working and very tidy. I will use Tim again in the future and will recommend him to my friends and colleagues.

KM Builders did a chimney and partition wall removal and fitted our laminate flooring for a very competitive price. We are very satisifed with the quality of their work, they always made sure we were happy with it and worked incredibly hard to finish everything on time. They also left the house clean and tidy. Besides Tim is always approachable and quick in answering emails, texts or calls which made things much easiier. The next job will be a garage conversion and we-ll definetely hire them again!
