Highly recommend. Knoetze Ltd carried out investigations and repair works after we discovered water pooling under our floorboards throughout the ground floor of the house. Throughout the process (which involved taking up the floor, dismantling and reinstalling the kitchen) they were highly professional and very responsive. John in particular was a pleasure to work with – gave very good advice and oversaw work (kitchen installation, laying a floor, extensive redecoration) that was of a very high standard.

Knoetze Ltd undertook the refurbishment of my mother's property post a flood. They worked exceptionally hard to complete the work in excellent time and did a thorough and super job, despite current restrictions. They were good at communication and keeping us updated on progress. Would recommend them willingly.

Knoetze were appointed by our insurers to deal with 3 water leak incidents over the last 2/3 years. John and his team are very professional and courteous. More importantly, we found them to be trustworthy and we had no hesitation in allowing access to our property when we were unable to be there. Our work was completed on time and we were well informed throughout the whole process. We have no reservations in recommending Knoetze and their services.
