I think very carefully before sharing a negative experience as I understand it can have an adverse effect on a business. However, I feel it's necessary to help you make a well-informed decision before spending a significant amount on a kitchen with a company you haven't used before. Firstly I think it's important to write factual statements and provide supporting evidence to give a fair review. I purchased my kitchen for £12k. Please see the picture of receipt for confirmation. - The installers arrived on Day 1 to install the first fix. They understood and spoke little English so it was very difficult to have any dialogue. - It was apparent they were in a rush as they lacked taking care in fitting the units. They damaged numerous kitchen panels, doors and units. Please see pics, I immediately informed the fitter who stated he didn't know how it happened. - I then took pictures of the damages and sent a formal letter to the person in charge Aftab Hussain (Also known as Tabs). -I also realised the poor quality kitchen unit carcasses being installed which they build in their factory. These have saw cut marks on all corner units. See pics. - On Day 2, the fitter demanded a payment which was not scheduled in the contract. After showing him the contract, he got upset and threw the contract on the floor. I informed him to calm down and contact Aftab Hussain to resolve this. After contacting him he agreed the payment was after the completion of the whole kitchen. - After completion of day 2 I could see the fitters used Tipex to hide the damage on kitchen units. Please see pics. I write a formal letter again to Mr Aftab explaining this is not acceptable and that the damage can still clearly be seen. - There were many drill holes inside the cupboards which should have easily been hidden behind the shelves but they drilled them in the wrong position. They stated they would hide these with stickers but it's still very noticeable. - Most doors fitted were misaligned - The fitter failed to correctly install a Quooker tap and immediately after he left the pipes underneath the kitchen started to leak. I contacted Aftab on numerous occasions via call and text but he didn't answer or respond. Due to it being an emergency, I had to call a plumber to fix it. - After this, there was a delay of over 7 months for the splashback and Mr Aftab stated this was due to global manufacturing issues. However, I contacted 7 companies that provided the exact same glass and they had a lead time of 6 weeks. During this time they hardly answered any calls and only provided updates after I contacted the business owner Ateeq. - On the last day of installation, they changed the doors they scratched, however, the damage on the units still remain and was advised this amount is to be expected. - Once we started to use the kitchen daily in which you have your normal knocks and bumps; I found there was damage on a kitchen door after it came into contact with a chair. This further proves the low quality of materials being provided. I contacted Mr Aftab for a replacement door which I would pay for but he has failed to respond after numerous attempts to contact him. - The owner initally told me to remove the review as they would resolve the issues. However, he failed to keep his promise and both him and his staff have continuously lied and therefore regardless of what promises they make I will leave this review. This is my experience and I have kept it factual and provided evidence. I hope this helps you make a decision.

I would just like to thank Tabs from Krypton Kitchens most dearly for the quality of service, material and workmanship which he has provided from start to finish and also kitchen fitters Arty and Sam, who were most genuine and humble. Remarkable craftsmanship of the quality of work done to the last detail (EXCELLENT) Office team Shaz and Shah. Thank you guys 5 *****

Absolutely efficient service and great quality . A very personal touch added by the director making sure everything done properly . Fitters were amazing got on with the job with minimal interruption

I placed the order for the kitchen 06/10/21 with their sales man Al Urrehman. He was charm personified. I did some research on the company and found their 4.6* reviews. The kitchen was finally ready for fitting just before Christmas and their kitchen fitters worked long days to finish the job. However this is when the problems start. On completion the kitchen was missing two lengths of curved trim for the two curved cabinets. A simple thing easily put right I thought, The kitchen fitters promised to be back in January to fit the missing parts,. It is now nearly May and I have contacted Krypton about this on many occasions. Excuses for my unfinished kitchen from Shaz at their showroom: 1. There is a delay in making the matching trim.(January) 2. The trim has arrived with us and we are coming to fit it next week, they didn't arrive. - excuse "The trim has arrived badly damaged. (But they didn't seem to notice this when they arranged the date to fit it) 3. April. There has been a fire at their kitchen showroom and he can't access any of my information 4. Later in April (excuse 2) There is no wood at the manufacturers to make the trims I have rang the manufacturer ON-Trend Kitchens in Manchester.) On-Trend assure me there is a six week lead time for manufacture of the missing trims in the correct colour, BUT NO SHORTAGE OF WOOD! Honestly Krypton put this right, and soon!!

The so called owner Roozbeh been offensive when I gave my opinion about their kitchen. Very professional until you give your opinion. Unprofessional should have consider what their customer want.
