Paul Quatremain5 StarAn engineer called Billy attended our house when we had a leak from a pipe coming from our oil tank. Sadly the tank had to be condemned and it turned out our immersion heater had gone too so we had no hot water or heating!. The company were very responsive and had Billy return a few hours later to change the element in the hot tank. They also arranged to attend the next day to change the oil tank.
