He carried out a very rigorous and thorough survey of a house we are buying, and thanks to it we instructed further investigations which confirmed exactly what Luke found and allowed us to renegotiate the price. He made sure to call us right after the survey to go through the main findings, and has remained completely available, even at slightly out of hour times, to discuss with us and help us make decisions. I really appreciated how Luke takes a moment to chat you through the survey findings on a phone call, alongside the full written report. The attention to detail leaves me feeling confident in a job thoroughly done. Timeline was a couple of weeks - he's a busy chap - but the turnaround on delivering the report post-survey was only a few days, which, given the level of detail in the written report, was more than adequate. He was very reliable and made a point of going over the survey by phone, so that when it was received it wasn’t as scary as they always look.
