Terry has recently installed a new boiler at our house, and we are very pleased with the work. From inspection to proposal to final installation everything was completed on time. Hot and cold water services were maintained during the installation, so there was no inconvenience to us, and a few days later Terry followed up to ensure that everything was working to our satisfaction. A very professional job.

Terry was recommended by Heating Hub for a complete replacement of a 20-year old heating system. He spent days working with us and Heating Hub researching options, with consideration of the trade offs between fuel efficiency, cost and impact on the property. During this time he communicated clearly and in detail the options available to us, and we worked with him to select the best option. The installation turned out to be more complex than any of us expected because of the unusual set up of the 20 year old pipework, but Terry worked patiently through the problems. Once the work was complete we hit snags with the thermostatic controller and Terry managed the supplier to make sure we received the best support possible. Overall, we'd recommend Terry highly for his hard work, dedication and expertise.

Terry came around at short notice to service our boiler and trace a possible gas leak. His attitude and professionalism were so much better than the previous gas engineer that we had hired. His work was efficient and confidence inspiring and we will certainly use him again. Highly Recommended.
