SERHAT CAN1 StarI used this firm via a mortgage application, which i did not have to go with but chose them as they seemed reputable from the panel.
Survey conducted by their team which the report had so many errors its a joke, as an example the surveyor put the next door as a restaurant when its a hairdressers, the year build, the rateable value, the market research data, comparable data, everything wrong, second report commissioned by myself with higher value being over 150k more and a large difference in opinion.
This company seems to think errors on a report which cost £1800.00 is normal.
RICS Regulated Firms must have a published complaints handling procedure (CHP) that meets the requirements of Rule 7 which this firm does NOT. only a telephone no.
they do not provide their CHP before or after survey.
This firm does not adhere to Beyond COVID-19 guide by the RICS, their comparable data used has serious errors confirmed by a second commission surveyor.
