We had a terrible experience with another local plumbing company despite them being highly recommended on Check a Trade. They left our house in a mess and ultimately Worcester Bosch condemned the boiler as unsafe.
The work was put right by Lamberts Installations. Daniel and Simon worked particularly hard. Simon stayed late on a Friday evening when Basingstoke was hit by snow to finish the job and ensure we had heating and hot water.
Still haven’t heard anything from the previous plumber and don’t expect to. So relieved Lamberts Installations sorted it out with minimum disruption to us.Sunday 14th April 2019
