Would just like to comment as a member of the public on Landbuild recent observations. Broadwater Bridge: Expected big traffic problems and the work was carried out Professionally, Quickly with a care for the impact on the motorist as the site and traffic flow was managed superbly. A24 Findon Severe Drainage problems on a very busy dual carriageway, traffic interference was kept to the absolute minimum and again site was perfectly managed with lane changes day to day. Westhampnett Chichester again I observed a well run set of roadworks with minimum impact on traffic interference. SO WELL DONE ALL OF YOU AT LANDBUILD you appear to have come from nowhere and the Council Officers who contract out the work to you must continue to give you more based on your track record. I am currently monitoring the drainage works at Arundel railway bridge with no delays to traffic so far. Keep up the good work. I am only a member of the public for what its worth but Credit where Credits due I felt I had to spend some time in recognition. Kindest Regards Peter Boddy

They are currently carrying out work at Three Bridges. There are temporary traffic lights which are out of sequence with the main ones, causing huge delays. Someone recently tampered with one of their signs, causing more delays as people mistakenly believed they needed to change lanes. They didn't spot this for days.
