We have been helping our clients succeed for over 15 years and are always learning and evolving as our experience grows. Landtech Surveys began in 2004 and since then we've completed many land surveys for a variety of clients ranging from small garden plots to full size golf courses. We can also measure the floor plans and elevations of houses, churches and office blocks, plus many other services.  We use the latest survey equipment and software, and are able to bring our expertise and experience together to deliver a reliable cost effective solution for our clients throughout the UK. All our survey equipment is calibrated to the manufacturers specification and our CAD software is updated on an annual licence basis, and we've received training from the UK distributor. We are fully insured carrying Public & Employers Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurances and are also members of the Federation of Small Businesses. Landtech Surveys is owned and managed by Martin Riley. He is very approachable and is always keen to listen and discuss clients needs and concerns with their project. He is also a very hands on topographical surveyor, and is  involved from start to finish with all activities. With a background in construction going back over 25+ years and being involved within geospatial surveying in the last 20+ years, Martin has a vast amount of experience within the industry. A  considerable amounts of time was also spent gaining necessary qualifications by attending college and university where he was awarded the Commemoration Medal and Certificate for outstanding achievement on a civil engineering programme.

We contacted Landtech Surveys to survey the extent of a previous flood at our property. We wanted to know the height of the flood, river bank levels and floor levels. Martin provided a speedy and professional service, whilst being extremely helpful and friendly. I can't recommend this company enough.
