I started using this company in 2017/2018 to do a number of jobs for me and always found them to be courteous ,professional and competitive. At the start of the first lockdown this year I asked Lee to attend a plumbing issue which he did promptly. The leak was fixed however the cosmetic work outstanding. Once out of lockdown I messaged Lee to see if he could now do the work which he quoted for and I agreed. I heard no more from him despite emails and a phone call to which he did not respond. I only got a response when I told him I had gone elsewhere. I recently had issues with painting he did. Whilst just outside his 2 year guarantee he said he was an honest work man and would go and take a look and if at fault would sort out. Again I am now still awaiting a response as there has been no visit take place or communication despite a follow up email. I’m really not sure what is going on with this company at the moment but I would urge caution before using

We used LDM services 2 or 3 times to put laminate flooring and skirting for us and to do some painting. We can’t speak highly enough about the quality of work Lee does. He is reliable, trustworthy and his attention to detail is exceptional. We are planning another project in our house early this year and Lee was just a natural choice to do the job. We’d highly recommend LDM, the work is always amazing quality and also competitively priced. Justyna & Steven
