Unfortunately on our last visit I left our bag in another shop. I’ll called both stores and the Manager Chris arranged delivery for me. It was refreshing to deal with people and a company willing to help with no resistance or red tape.
The Gretna outlet is a 4 hr round trip but worth every mile for customer service like this.
In an age of online shopping I’m glad some people still retain a fantastic retail experience.Monday 3rd January 2022
