We had a loft conversation carried out to our home in Waltham Abbey which included a large double bedroom, en-suite and a new staircase to be adapted to create a small 4th bedroom on our 2nd floor. After obtaining a few quotations, Lea Valley Lofts were the most competitive and we had a gut feeling when Mick (the owner) came round to quote that Lea Valley lofts were the company we wanted to appoint. Mick was incredibly knowledgeable and experienced with little things like setting out where the new staircase finishes, to the size of our new bedrooms and en-suite were literally all to the centimetre after they were installed and still met all current building regulation requirements and finished to great quality all ready to be painted! As well as Mick’s team on the tools being outstanding, I would also like mention how helpful Tiffany and Denise were in the office who would sort out all the paperwork side of things and if we had any issues or questions, we could either ring them or just message in our WhatsApp group which was honestly amazing and very nice addition to have. I know it’s a big decision to make as it’s a lot of money that you are paying out and like us, you want to ensure your selecting a reliable and good quality builder to transform your home as there are many bad ones about unfortunately but you’re in safe hands with Lea Valley Lofts and I would highly recommend to use them if your thinking of having a loft conversation or any other building works carried out – Through personal experience, I’m confident they will not disappoint you. Mick was brilliant from the start to the finish of our build. His team were polite, reliable and conscientious. All issues were resolved quickly and we have ended up with an incredible space that meets all of our families needs. I would use Lea Valley lofts in the future without question and recommend them for any work you’re having done

Fantastic company, amazing from start to finish! From our initial conversations with Nina to Mick the main man in charge Lea Valley Lofts has been extremely professional. Cannot recommend lee valley lofts enough ! Mick and his team are extremely professional, reliable and friendly the work they done to our new kitchen was to a very high standard we are so pleased with it, communication was excellent throughout and they were always so helpful and clean I will definitely use them again for any future work.

Mick and his team are by far and away the most professional (responsive, clean, punctual and honest) guys that I’ve had working on my properties over the years. I was first introduced in 2012 and since then have worked with Mick on 4 or 5 separate occasions. They price jobs fairly and there are no hidden extras. Any challenges that come up along the way are discussed honestly and openly, and a positive resolution is always found. Great standard, great timeliness and very pleasant experience. Mick and his team are also real gentlemen and respect the property that are working on. I would recommend them very highly. Wherever I have obtained multiple quotes and engaged other tradesmen, I have always opted for Lea Valley Lofts to get the job done right. Exceptional workmanship and very fair price. Mick and his team are busy so I would recommend speaking to them early on in the process, however, nothing but positive experiences to share. I continue to speak to Mick about jobs I need completed.
