Very friendly staff and lovely apartments. No issues what so over, have been living here since August and have nothing bad to say. All maintenance issues have been resolved quickly and efficiently and we’re always notified and kept updated with maintenance going on around the building. It’s very affordable and in a lovely part of Liverpool. The 24/7 staff makes you feel safe and the security around the building is great. 10/10 would definitely recommend :)

I lived in Reliance House for a couple of years. Fantastic location on Water Street very close to the waterfront, which was a great place to wonder when off work. Well kept reception area with a concierge on 24/7 which was good for security when my girlfriend was working from home and I worked nights. Legacie are a good management company and sorted the couple of issues that we had relatively quickly. Would recommend.

I’ve been here since September. Best place I have lived in Liverpool. Not only that, staff at Reliance house are excellent and so friendly. Repairs and maintenance are pretty quick also. Great bang for the buck

I lived in two different apartments for a year and a half and until now I live here, the apartment compared to the monthly rent is excellent, the building is close to all services and facilities. The apartments are suitable for friends and a couple. I am very happy with my apartment.
