I have been responded to quickly and professionally and an excellent tenant was found for my property. Absolutely amazing. Our emails and questions were responded to almost instantly and they were always able to work to clarify anything we were concerned about. Seriously accommodating, genuine and understanding. Unlike other agencies we've been through, they seemed as invested in us as we were in them, which was a real breath of fresh air. All communications go directly through the agency email which was fantastic - it's so much more assuring to be going through everything with a real person as opposed to some automated form. Took over our flat after 6 months of rather dreadful management by another agent. Was quick and efficient in helping fix all the problems that had been completely ignored before and actually responded to calls which is more than I can say for many Edinburgh based estate agents. Would highly recommend.

Our original letting agency swapped to Lewis Residential during our tenancy in 2022. On move out day at the end of May 2023, we were told for the first time that our deposits were 'missing'. The last three months have been a back and forth of unprofessional and often rude communication from Lewis. Our deposits have only just been released today in August 2023, nearly three months following move out. Throughout this time Lewis would not properly explain why this situation was happening and communicated very poorly. There were several other unusual problems that took place during our tenancy with Lewis Residential. We were asked at several points to perform tasks that should have been entirely within the agencies control (*we did not carry these requests out). These tasks included buying a new hoover on behalf of Lewis and organizing our personal Wifi contract to be extended from our bank accounts for the convenience of the next tenant. Usually I don't leave reviews but Lewis Residential is honestly the most disorganized and unprofessional letting agency I have come across during my 4 years of living in Edinburgh. We are really disappointed and I would caution both landlords and tenants from using this letting agency.

Very happy with their level of attention and service. They are always quick to respond to requests and ensure any issues that arise are dealt with in a timely matter. I seamless process with the rental agreement and deposit process.
