Simon was a lifesaver today! The issue (leak, following drilling through a pipe!) was diagnosed, interim guidance provided over phone and fixed within an hour! Great service, would highly recommend. Really lovely guy too.

Didnt actually use this gent but complained about parking. Sorry its not my problem. Especially if its you job to be able to park your van which houses your business for use of tools. Just because i live in the middle of town. 3 stars but i wont be using in future.

I came across Simon’s company on Google search and gave him a ring this morning, to have a look at my toilet which is constantly trickling of water in the bowl. He was not able to come in as he is on holiday, however, he kindly took the time to go through with me what the problem was over the phone and gave me advice on how to fix it. It was the flush valve seal that needs to be replaced, which I have already ordered. It only shows how helpful and dedicated he is with his industry. I will definitely use his service if I get another plumbing issue in my house. Thank you so much Simon.

I had a leaking tap in my house and called Simon to book him in. Simon was able to diagnose the problem over the phone for me and gave me instructions on how to repair. Incredible customer service as there was nothing in it for him and I will 100% use him when I next need a plumber.
